Best purchase! The Neo face mask stays securely in place without wobbling and is super comfortable to wear. Great fit and easy to use. Definitely worth it!
My daughter was wanting this mask , especially for pitching . The mask she had before would constantly shift around on her face and head . She didn’t have any distractions or discomfort with this mask . It was nice being able to see her play without fussing with it ! Thank you for making a great product !
She was sad that her team all had their face mask but her. We only received the shield. Still no mask. The team ordered with plenty of time to have for our championship game.
My daughter loves her mask so much she wore it for every Softball picture 😂. Very easy to put on and very functional for her. So much more comfortable than the rip masks as those slide down and have to be lifted constantly. NEO stays put which allows her to continually focus n the game and be in comfort! The shades are such a GREAT addition to the mask and keep her well shaded from the sun and able to see to make big plays. Best investment and purchase ever. We are going to order a second mask now as a backup just in case!
The old style mask would fall off just throwing a ball. This is a huge upgrade!!
Only had our first one a few months. Only worn a handful of times and the chin pad would no longer stick. Tried hot gluing it and still wouldn’t work unfortunately we can’t use it and had to buy another one since I had zero response from customer service. If this one becomes unusable I will not buy another.

Adjusting to the face has been difficult to find, but once we purchase this masks. It has been an huge tremendous help on my kid's performance. Not loose! Secured. The best, so we bought her siblings their own! No regrets Check out their IG profile. Italiagreciahinojosa
Love how the mask fits and doesn't move once its on... with 8u softball mask adjustment has been a struggle with multiple different brands.. with the neo its put it on and hit the feild... easy on and off between innings. Absolutely best mask on the market.
Way better fit and coverage. She spends almost no time adjusting her mask between pitches now.

My daughter absolutely loves this mask as she had a rawlings mask before and now with this one it dosen't move around on her face and then also dont have to worry about the side cheek straps coming loose on this one like we did with the old one. Overall a great product and everyone on her fall ball team is looking to go to this product.
She loves her NEO mask. No more masks falling off, loosening on their own or flapping around all over the place while she’s pitching. Fast and easy ratchet system is great! 10/10 recommend!!!
She has been able to lock in more thanks to this face mask. No more having to worry about the other masks popping off since this one locks in place. She hasn’t been able to wear sunglasses plus a mask so having the visor is a nice added touch.
She absolutely loves that she doesn’t have to adjust it every pitch and can fit her hair without any issues. It’s just enough shade for this glasses wearing girl! Will recommend to the rest of her team for sure. She was one who had to adjust her mask every other pitch because it moved up or down and this fixed that problem, big time!

She likes how it stays on her head then constantly moving around on her face like other brands. She like how she can loosen it and take it off and putting it one. I would definitely buy another one if she asked me to.
Many of our ladies senior travel softball teams (55-80 year olds) are changing out their current mask for the Neo. We like the small built in visor and the over all fit. I would recommend advertising these work for adults as well.
We ordered these for our team and the girls absolutely love them! They’ve all givens parents/coaches positive feedback about the fit and ease of adjusting their mask. As a coach it’s great because you’re not having to constantly adjust the straps in between innings. Amazing product and great customer service!
This mask stands out from the standard masks. It’s a nice snug fit for my 10u pitcher, adding a little extra protection. No flaps hanging over her forehead. She loves the fit and the custom team Logo design turned out so good. This will be our go to mask!

My daughter loves this mask! It fits so well and she no longer pulls at her mask or worries about it falling off. She also loves that her sunglasses fit and her hair can be worn all different ways.

Absolutely love these masks for my girls, they are so easy to put on and most importantly do not move or fall off! I finally ordered them after watching my daughters mask fall off countless times especially during games even after adjusting the straps consistently. No longer are their masks crooked or falling in their eyes. Best investment in softball safety I have made for my girls!

My daughter absolutely loves this mask because it allows her to easily adjust the size to fit her best, regardless of her hairstyle. Although the weight of the mask remains consistent with her previous face masks, the ability to quickly customize it to her preferred comfort level has made it her go-to mask.

My youngest is moving to 10U and is learning to pitch. The moment she tried a teammmates on she wanted a Neo. Without being prompted she was ephatic that it doesn’t move around and she said it’ll help her most when she’s in the circle and not having to constantly adjust it.
