This mask stands out from the standard masks. It’s a nice snug fit for my 10u pitcher, adding a little extra protection. No flaps hanging over her forehead. She loves the fit and the custom team Logo design turned out so good. This will be our go to mask!

My daughter loves this mask! It fits so well and she no longer pulls at her mask or worries about it falling off. She also loves that her sunglasses fit and her hair can be worn all different ways.

My daughter loved this. She likes the visor for both the sun and the rain. It’s super stable and stays in place. She would fidget with her old mask as to did not stay in place. We are huge fans
Absolutely love these masks for my girls, they are so easy to put on and most importantly do not move or fall off! I finally ordered them after watching my daughters mask fall off countless times especially during games even after adjusting the straps consistently. No longer are their masks crooked or falling in their eyes. Best investment in softball safety I have made for my girls!

My daughter absolutely loves this mask because it allows her to easily adjust the size to fit her best, regardless of her hairstyle. Although the weight of the mask remains consistent with her previous face masks, the ability to quickly customize it to her preferred comfort level has made it her go-to mask.

My youngest is moving to 10U and is learning to pitch. The moment she tried a teammmates on she wanted a Neo. Without being prompted she was ephatic that it doesn’t move around and she said it’ll help her most when she’s in the circle and not having to constantly adjust it.

My daughter loves it, the color matches her team. Also said feels comfortable, and when her hair is braided back the mask does not get in the way and easy to adjust.

We just started our daughters IG. If you ever have ambassadors she would love to rep. She loves her mask. Especially as a pitcher. It doesnt move and provides shade.
The chin part came off after not even a month of use. The his is unfortunate because I like the other part of the mask.

Being a catcher she is very picky on what she wear to protect her face. She has tons of hair so the neo mask fits her face and head perfectly.
As parents, we purchased this face mask for our daughter after it was highly recommended by her pitching coach. From the very first time she tried it on, she loved how secure, snug, and comfortable it felt. It gave her confidence on the mound, and it gave us peace of mind. Recently, that peace of mind was put to the ultimate test. While pitching during a game, our daughter was struck directly in the face by a line drive. It was a terrifying moment, but this face mask did exactly what it was designed to do—it protected her from what could have been a very serious injury. To our knowledge, our daughter may be the first player to experience a live game impact of this magnitude while wearing this mask, and we can confidently say it passed the test. The mask absorbed the impact, stayed in place, and most importantly, kept our daughter safe. We are incredibly grateful she was wearing it that day. My daughter LOVES the Neo! Since she has had it, not once has she asked about adjusting her mask or messing with the pads. She does not like to wear sunglasses. The visor gives enough shade to cover her eyes and still allows her to see clearly. Players have asked about her mask and we always recommend the Neo!

Thank you to the Neo Face mask, this past weekend my daughter got a ball hit to her, it popped off the ground and hit her directly in the face. The Neo mask did its job, she walked off the field without a scratch. We’ve already had many parents purchase for their softball players. Thanks again for making this product!

Mask is not falling off or moving in high intense plays. I feel more confident as a mother to a pitcher that her mask will protect her face.
Loved the concept of the easy fit system. My daughter already has some Marucci MXB BOA training shoes that have a similar system so she wanted to try the mask. No complaints so far, she states its light weight and gives her a bit more field of vision than her previous mask. It doesn't slip or slide and fall off all the time. She likes that she doesn't have to fuss with the worn out elastic straps on her old mask. Curious how "replacement" parts work with the Neo Mask because they were easy to get off amazon (head straps, chin guards, velcro padding inserts) with the previous mask. My biggest complaint is that it was supposed to be grey and we got black. I could not find anywhere on my order details and receipt where it states what color mask was ordered. The team logo was nicely done and fits just right, I would probably opt to have placed on the side if I were to make any future purchases. Overall very happy with the product so far, just wish I would have gotten the correct color. Time will tell how it stands up to a full season of Travel Ball and School Ball next year.

My daughter has had the mask for a couple weeks and she was reluctant to wear it at first because she was so used to her original one. Once she put it on, it’s her go to mask now. The ratchet adjustment is perfect and much easier to use than other masks. Perfect product.
