This mask stands out from the standard masks. It’s a nice snug fit for my 10u pitcher, adding a little extra protection. No flaps hanging over her forehead. She loves the fit and the custom team Logo design turned out so good. This will be our go to mask!
After a recent accident I decided to upgrade my daughter's mask. So far, we are loving the secure fit! I’m looking forward to seeing how it holds up this fall season.
My daughter loves this mask! No more fidgeting with aggravating straps that don't keep the mask in place. With the new neo mask, she can run, jump, stretch - this mask doesn't move!!
Daughter absolutely loves her NEO mask. She says it is the most comfortable mask she has played in. The ratchet adjustment gives her the ability to get the perfect fit. Several of the parents on her team are looking into a NEO for their players!
Loved the concept of the easy fit system. My daughter already has some Marucci MXB BOA training shoes that have a similar system so she wanted to try the mask. No complaints so far, she states its light weight and gives her a bit more field of vision than her previous mask. It doesn't slip or slide and fall off all the time. She likes that she doesn't have to fuss with the worn out elastic straps on her old mask. Curious how "replacement" parts work with the Neo Mask because they were easy to get off amazon (head straps, chin guards, velcro padding inserts) with the previous mask. My biggest complaint is that it was supposed to be grey and we got black. I could not find anywhere on my order details and receipt where it states what color mask was ordered. The team logo was nicely done and fits just right, I would probably opt to have placed on the side if I were to make any future purchases. Overall very happy with the product so far, just wish I would have gotten the correct color. Time will tell how it stands up to a full season of Travel Ball and School Ball next year.
So far, we have found the neo mask to be exactly what we were looking for! Easy, secure and adaptable fit! Before the neo mask, every time my girls would bend over their previous mask would fall forward and off and well. Now we have a secure fit with and easy way of making adjustments for on and off! The personalization it’s great especially with my identical twins!
My daughter absolutely loves the Neo softball fielder’s mask. The adjustable fit has been a total game changer — she can easily tweak it on the fly during games and practices for the protection and comfort she needs. And being able to wear her hair however she wants without it getting in the way is a huge bonus too. Definitely one of the best pieces of gear she’s used.
This was a birthday present and she instantly fell in love. First game was today and she said the mask never felt loose while fielding and said her view is perfect. The mask has her team logo and a lot of the other players really liked the mask.

My girl absolutely loves the fit and feel of her Neo mask! We had it customized, and they got the logo perfect! We will never go back to the other brand again! She’s 9, and it is so easy for her to adjust, and it doesn’t budge while she’s playing!
It’s been great, my daughter says it’s comfortable, easy to adjust, and doesn’t move when she’s making plays. She is an aggressive defensive player who will dive and make tough plays and it stays where she needs it to. Multiple other girls from my travel team have purchased since, and I will be purchasing one for my older daughter as well now. Great design keep it up
Does not move much while makinf plays and ao easy to adjust! So much better than the basic masks sold on Amazon!
The photo was loaded up easily and the mask arrived quickly. My player didn't like the mask at first but after some adjustments my player loves it.
Fits great. Slides on easily.
To be honest I think they are nice and I ordered one for each of my Daughters. They wore them to their 1st tournament and they were laughed at from their teammates and now will not even wear them. They actually cried about it because it made them feel that bad. I can’t make them wear it because it actually affected them on the field because they were so upset.
